Fulfillment policies:

Clients using a payment plan will be billed monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly as specified at sign-up. Failed payments will incur a $49 administrative fee, and clients must update their payment information promptly to avoid disruptions. For cancellations of split-payment plans not processed through third-party financing, a 14-day written notice is required, and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance will apply. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed for programs paid in full or those processed through third-party financing. Accommodations for injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or other life events may extend the program duration to ensure you receive the full value of your plan, but all financial commitments will remain in effect. Clients inactive for 21 days or more without communication may have their accounts deactivated, although payments will continue to be processed. To reactivate the program, clients must contact their coach. These policies ensure a fair and consistent experience for all clients.
